Use of the site

You may read, link to and quote the site. The underlying figures are Crown copyright and are reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0; if you reuse them, credit the Valuation Office Agency as the source, as this site does.

No advice

The site describes published statistics. It does not tell you what band a home is or should be in, what Council Tax you will pay, whether to challenge a band, or what a property is worth. For any of those, go to your council or the official GOV.UK service.

Accuracy

Figures are taken from the Valuation Office tables with care and checked against their totals, but they are rounded at source and may contain errors. The site is provided as it is, without warranty. Report a problem to support@counciltaxbands.online.
